Rates & Insurance

Rates: $120 per 50-minute session

Insurance: I am a provider for most major insurance health plans. Services may be covered by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please call your health plan provider to access information on deductibles, co-pays, number of sessions covered per year and whether authorization is required for treatment to begin.

Reduced Fee: Offered on a limited basis

Payment: Cash and most credit or debit cards accepted.

Cancellation Policy

If you miss a scheduled appointment and have not given 24 hour notice by phone, you will be charged the full session.
